01Who do I contact for customer service?

Our team is ready to assist you. You can contact us by dropping us an email at general@farasialine.com.my Or you can drop us a call at 04-2620475/0476 | 04-2958747/8748. We are available Mondays to Fridays, except for Public Holidays.

02Can i track my order?

Once the booking has been confirmed, we will email you the supplier’s contact details. Our company will arrange the booking process and we will make sure the goods are delivered in good hands. Other than that, we will keep you updated on what is happening with your shipment by sending you the schedule of your shipment.

03What the difference between LCL and FCL?

FCL and LCL are used for ocean freight services. FCL refers to the shipments owned by one shipper, while LCL involves multiple shippers’ goods in one container. In an FLC, the cargo is booked by one shipper under one shipment. It’s up to the owner whether to let the cargo be half loaded or quarter loaded container. We offered the LCL services for the shippers that do not have enough products for a full container by joining the other shippers. In terms of cost, the LCL costs more than FCL because the agent prefers the full container load since it is easier for them to check than figuring out how many packages of LCL shipments in a full container.

04What is included in your customs service?

At FAR ASIA LINE, we have a comprehensive line of services which include, the application for export and import permits, advice on tariff code and classification, application of certification of origin, arrangement of fumigation, and security & escort service.

05How are claims handled?

If you received the damaged package, you may submit the claim to us within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing our team at general@farasialine.com.my. Our support team will assist you to process the claim by filing the necessary paperwork to be submitted to the shipping company. However, we cannot guarantee all claims will be accepted by the shipping company.
